PLEASE SIT DOWN MISSION: TO RESTORE MY BODY and INSTANT GRATIFICATION After 7 weeks with hardly any excerise at all, beds hard as a stone, and sitting, sitting and sitting again my body is sore, every joint pain and I am more stiff than ever. Worst for my physical health were all the transports with very limited possibility to move. In Bhutan and in Arunachal Pradesh, India there were so many remote places to visit and car transports up to 15 hours per day and at arrival Please sit down to talk, to listen, to eat and people around tend to be nervous when I try to tell I cant sit any longer but have to stand or better to move for the comfort of my joints. On top of that hours in a car with draft from open windows and cold houses, cold nights, hot days and everchanging temperatures. Came home early this morning and today I have spent an hour at the gym lifting weights and 45 minutes swimming. And my regular excersise gave me an instant gratification. Back pain almost gone, joints less painfull and not so stiff any longer. If I go on with one or preferably two hours excercise every day and sleep in my soft comfortable bed every night I will soon feel normal and almost painfree. Thank you body for adjusting so fast ;) Promise not to sit more than maximum two hours per day the next months and work standing at the office.
