PMP CERTIFICATION TIP #19 When I went to the prometric testing - TopicsExpress

PMP CERTIFICATION TIP #19 When I went to the prometric testing center for the PMP test, it was some sort of going back to the amateurish world from the corporate professional world. They treated me like a student than a manager. There was no provision for coffee, may sound trivial but in reality it is a hygiene factor whose availability does not motivate me where as the absence of it definitely demotivates me. The exam room was more like a cramped store room where a few computers were kept amidst some empty cartons. The air conditioning of the room was too cold and I was supposed to spend another 4 hours there. Almost everything was a dissatisfier and had the potential to raise my blood pressure. I deliberately kept my cool because my objective was not improving them but passing the exam. Do we call it as emotional intelligence?. Could be. I cleared the exam on the first go, and then made a blog post.about this bitter experience which resulted in some corrective actions at that prometric test center at Bangalore. Go with a sweater. Go with a flask full of coffee or tea if you are a coffine addict, keep your cool and focus on the exam to win. Good day
