POSTBAG WORKING ON GOOD ROADS Editor, I wish to join many concerned people, especially Ndola residents in condemning the irrational appropriation of taxpayers’ hard-earned money to the upgrading of Broadway Road, which was in very good shape. The question begging an answer is: what was wrong with the said road to warrant a new one? Without doubt, that project is a misplaced priority by RDA. Surprisingly, the agency is aware of the many roads that are in a deplorable state and need attention. Within Ndola, such a road is Kasama Road in Mushili township. One wonders why this road was not prioritised. In my view, that was a serious misplacement of resources which the agency should have used elsewhere. Moses Twabo Mushili.
