PRAMEELA my friend ..got a literary review today for her book - Padma Bhushan awardee Sankha ghosh, senior by age and also very senior in the literary world of analysis, a gr8 poet have reviewed my book and these are some of his thoughts about "A Tryst with Human Mind" ~ In a world addicted to fictions, more specifically, peppy fictions –“A Tryst With Human Mind” is unique and deserves special mention in the realm. Coming from a practicing psychologist –the book inspires from within. Gives insights on inner growth. To enable us to carry on the ‘divine journey meant for spiritual growth and evolution.’ To get into the grass root concept of the book – I should tell the story of two brothers. Ganesha – the scribe of storytellers. And, his bother – Kartikeya – the athletic warlord of the Gods. They once decided to go on a race. Three times around the world. Kartikeya leapt on his peacock and flew on it around the world. He crossed – the mountains, the oceans, the jungles. Once. Twice. Thrice. But, his brother Ganesha simply walked around his parents thrice. And said, “I won. I went around my world. And, you went around the world.” My world and The world. And, it simply defines the difference between logos and the mythos. And, hereby the divine journey of spiritual growth starts – the tryst of human mind and philosophy. The author has chosen a subject too deep and serious. But her smooth writing style with practical inputs and soul touching illustrations – is the heartland of the book. It never gets tedious to read. Rather the fine blend of fiction with psychology results in a unique mix that raises both interest and inspiration towards life and evolution to higher self. Shows torch to attain actualization with positive vibes in life. The writer Prameela Sreemangalam definitely deserves kudos for such a unique attempt. An attempt that inspires. An attempt that makes you learn to be positive. An attempt that awakens the inner self. The takeaways are huge. But the show stealers are the artworks and their simple descriptions at the bottom showing their relevance with the chapter. PRAM.. U rock!! So proud uv ya!!
