PRAYER...Last night our parish mission was opened by Fr.ALLAN MOSS and what a WORD he gave.His greatness is that he can make us all understand the WORD like little children.He strips us of our egos,he makes us aware of our better than thou attitudes,our lust for power and authority and reduces us to mere children enjoying the WORD of GOD.In his talk he showed us how JESUS stripped the Samaritan Women at the Well of all that she had clothed herself with,parried her sarcasm and when she tried to preach to JESUS,He told her quite calmly that worship is not about the place or the people.Worship is not about listening with our ears of flesh or seeing with our eyes of flesh.Worship is about listening to that voice deep down inside of you.The Samaritan woman,the outcast,ran back to her village excited like a little child that has made a wonderful discovery,and truly she has,and breathlessly tells of her experience.This woman was lost but look what she found,a spring that never runs dry.Here was a woman who evangelized an entire village and she has no name.....Today the WORD of GOD asks us to substitute our name in place of the Samaritan woman and allow ourselves to become like little children and allow JESUS to find us in our hiddenness and bring out the greatness that lies deep within us....GOODMORNING TO ALL MY FB FRIENDS AND FAMILY.....GOD BLESS YOU ALL....
