Providing our Pitty Friends & Supporters with a HAPPY NEWS Update for one of our Rural Dog Wander thankfully picked up by Collier DAS ACOs, emaciated, malnourished, too many ailments to list and brought into DAS where his outcome would be initially unknown. We named him BONES... yes, not an initial good name. From there, DAS Employees & Volunteers did all they could to nurse him back to health with their resources, naming him BONES Shhhhh.....Dont tell...but Bones was allowed to sleep in Officer Quarters from time to time, where they pampered him, loved him and showed him that that humans can show love and nurse him back to health. Here is where our rescue coordinators, transporters, volunteers & approved rescue groups, like RUGAZ PITBULL RESCUE, THANK YOU to DEVILYN, took Bones under her wing to spend countless months, resources, funds, vetting and love to get, now named MEMPHIS to where he is today and just look at his appreciated difference! No longer a No-Name dog, wandering the roads, he is a Lovable and Thankful Pet needing all of our help to continue his journey to find his Loving Forever Home.
