PRAYING AND SHAKEN BY HIS SPIRIT! WE WILL LEAD THIS CHARGE AND CHANGE A CULTURE AND EVEN A NATION! Word of advice! The more I pray the more He tells me to write! Please Leaders Read! We can change old patterns that are not of God but of man!! God is the master of team leadership! As I completed my graduate studies and now working toward my Doctorate Degree. I see that no matter how many theories have been developed and studied in the field of leadership there is no greater teaching than what is found in the word of God! God calls us to build disciples! Build solid and strong teams that are built on the foundation of love, trust, integrity and honesty. The enemy has always succeeded when he was able to catch the ear of the weakest link on a team to cause a divide. If he was able to divide the kingdom of God what do you think he will do to our relationships, marriages and friendships if we do not keep our hearts, eyes and ears tuned to His word? Read James 1:18 Of His own will He brought us forth by the Word of Truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures. We are the first fruits that are suppose to bare fruits of love, unity, integrity, honesty and safety. When the devil causes our eyes to look at the flaws of man we will suddenly get on the wrong team! God calls us to protect, heal and restore and often the body is known for divide, exposure, critical spirit and comparision. When someone takes a position of judging what they are really doing is a comparision to themselves. What they are really saying is this, compared to me you do not measure up so I have the right to judge you. I am higher and better than you! Really? Friends, God never gave us the authority nor the power to judge and compare ourselves to another member of His creation. He called us to strengthen each other by restoring the weakest links in our teams. The church must leave the world system and learn the leadership system found in His word. I have studied many theories on leadership and I am yet to find the example given to us by Jesus Christ. Developed twelve and evangelized the world! Yes, issues will come up! Yes there will be differences of opinions! But who started the theory of divide, critical spirit, judgmental spirit? When we discover what comes from the father of all lies we will learn that our standard needs to be different, higher and better. Galations 6 is a great start for those that have overcomed the world! Lets build teams that will shame the devil! Lets build teams that will be known for their love and care for each other and not for being divided, comparing or competing against each other. The end will come and we will stand before the Lord! Will we be known for uniting or dividing? The answer will be revealed when we stand before Him one day. Lets do it His way and stop following the methods of fallen man and corporate america. We are the light of the world and the reflection of authentic, transparent love, unity, faith and peace. We are called to build a culture of safety for all sinners! Just a thought from a simple preacher that with passion, through betrayal, being broken as learned to love His people no matter what happens. Will you stand with me?
