PRIDE IS OF THE EVIL ONE, WORLDLY AND PRECEDES A FALL; HUMILITY BEGETS GRACE, PRECEDING GLORY AND LIFTING UP!!! Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be lowly in spirit and among the oppressed than to share plunder with the proud. Proverbs 16:18-19 KJV Pride does no good whatsoever; and is associated with evil and with falling from grace! Humility is better; even living amongst the poor, oppressed, than enjoying the lot of the proud/arrogant! Choose carefully and wisely how you life your life and who you live and or associate with!!! Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor Ezekiel 28:17 NIV He may be puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil; 1 Timothy 3:6 RSV The result of being prideful if never positive. There is always a reason behind being proud; beauty, knowledge, success, vain glory etc.! Hence, anything good about the bearer is corrupted and it leads to a fall from glory and grace! Pride, like knowledge puffs up; humility, like love, builds up! You have the power to choose; choose wisely!!! Clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, for God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, 1 Peter 5:5,6 NASB Humble yourself, if you want to be on Gods Side and enjoy His Grace; for God opposes the proud and evil and gives Grace to the humble. God Will always Reward humility in due season; so, humble yourself!!! When Jesus entered the synagogue leaders house and saw the noisy crowd and the people playing pipes, he said, Go away. The girl is not dead but asleep. But they laughed at him. After the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took the girl by the hand, and she got up. News of this spread through all that region.Matthew 9:23-26 (NIVUK) Jesus Christ was laughed at despite all He did and was Able to do! So, why do you worry or care that people laugh at you? Did such a response ever stop Jesus Christ from doing His Work? NO! Never! He told the crowd the girl was sleeping; they laughed at Him in sheer unbelief; however who was proved right? Wisdom knows her children! Jesus Christ, the Lord God Almighty Healed the girl; He Raised her back to life! It was clear to the people that the girl had died!!! (7) The wicked are overthrown and are no more, But the house of the righteous will stand. Proverbs 12:7 Wickedness and evil do not pay; righteousness does! Need anybody try and convince you to give up on wickedness and evil? The rewards are clear and obvious. You have the choice to make and will face the consequences of your daily choices!
