PRODUCTION CONTROLLER - NEWCASTLE Purpose of Position : - To ensure effective control on material availability, timeous loading and clocking of operations as per Company policy - To ensure the provision of timeous drawing office service, reprographic service, storage and control of drawing and documents for the works Areas of Responsibility : - Drawing / Design Service - Project Management - Production Control - Customer liaison - Health and Safety Key Responsibilities : - To ensure correct and accurate supply and storage of drawings according to latest customer requirements - Prepare and submit drawings - Control all machine handbooks - Controlling, issuing and receiving documents - Ensure that prints and copies are legible - Ensure good quality prints and drawings - Ensure that customer queries are resolved with minimum delay - Pre-plan sequential operations and clocking of operations - Ensure that non-productive codes on shop floors are actioned effectively - Evaluate weekly target hours on workload and targets in line with budget - Verify recoveries on a daily basis - Ensure latest status of drawings and specifications on to shop floor - Ensure effective drawing control - Complete all production orders - Implement and ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures Please forward your DETAILED CVs to Mary-Anne at Field Street Personnel Newcastle, stating clearly which position you are applying for to Fax : 086 692 6889 Email : [email protected] or Tel : 034 312 6262
