PROGRAM FOR ANNUAL ALUMNI GET-TOGETHER: (Registrations shall be open on all 3 days) PROGRAM : 4th OCT 2013 FRIDAY : “ALUMNI SPORTS DAY & AGM I Session : (Dress Code : Casuals and Sneakers) v All Manorites to assemble at school on the Green Flat at 11 a.m. Sharp and Register themselves for the Events. v Alumni Sports begin 12:00 Noon(A detailed program to be followed 15 days prior to the event) v Various Sports activities for Manorites, better halves and children shall be organized House-wise. (Wife and Children to be allotted the same houses as the Manorite) v Changing room facilities will be available at the venue v Lunch, Tea / Coffee / Cold Drinks shall be served during the function. v The Artifacts stall will be open from 11a.m. to 5 p.m. v The Sports shall be followed by Prize Distribution. II Session : v The Annual General Meeting of the Alumni at 7 p.m. in the School Auditorium. v Welcome Address by the Vice-President Bro. Christopher Dawes Dawes. v Address by our President Maj. (Retd) H.P.S Ahluwalia. v Annual Report by the Secretary Mr. Inderjit Singh Bedi. v Financial Report by the Treasurer Mr. Randeep.S.Grewal. v An Audio/Visual Show, “ST. GEORGE’S – THEN AND NOW”, by Shri Bharat Baweja (Manorite). v Honoring of our Golden Jubilee Batch of 1963 by the senior most Manorite present at the occasion. v Honoring of our Silver-Jubilee Batch of 1988 by our Vice-President Mr. Rajdeep Singh Gill. v Honoring of our Decadian Batch of 2003 by our Brother Superior, Bro. Dominic Jacob. v Interaction Session for the upliftment of the Manorite Alumni Association. v Thank You Address by our V-President Sh. Rajdeep Singh Gill. v Followed by Dinner, Drinks and Music. (Bar to close by 11 p.m.) PROGRAM : 5th OCT 2013 SATURDAY I Session : PHOTOSHOOT Dress Code : School Uniform v All Manorites to report in school at the Top-Flat for their Class-Wise Photographs at 11:30 a.m. (White Shirts, Grey Woolen Trousers, School Tie and Blazer. Sikh gentlemen in Dark blue turbans). v All participants for the “MANOLUMNI CAR RALLY 2013” to report at the Assembly Ground for documentation and Vehicle Scrutiny between 12 noon to 3 p.m. v Distribution of Rally Kit (All Documentation, Time Card, Participation Cards, Set of 8 Stickers, Rally Insurance Cover and Raly Licence). v A Press conference for “Manolumni Car Rally 2013” at 2:30p.m. followed by Compulsory Competition Briefing in Class XIIth . v School Sports from 2p.m. to 5 p.m. v Tug of War Ex-Manorites Vs Parents. v A Relay Team of the Alumni to participate in the Invitational Relay. v March Past in School Uniform to be conducted in Ten Year Batches. v Inauguration of “HALL OF FAME” at the Archives by Guest of Honor. II Session : 7 pm v A virtual Panoramic Light & Sound Show by Shri Jaspal Jubbal (Manorite) v Honoring our Achievers of “Year 2013”. v Honoring of Distinguished Old Faculty Members and Distinguished Manorites. v “LUCKY ALI NITE” v Followed by Dinner, Drinks and Dancing. PROGRAM : 6th OCT 2013 SUNDAY I Session : v Flagging off of our “Manolumni Car Rally 2013” at 10:45 a.m. from the School Gate. (Detailed program to follow 15 days prior to the event). v Leg-I culminates at Sir George Everest Estate by 12 noon. v All Manorites to Assemble at Everest Estate by 12 noon over Lunch. v Leg-II to be flagged off from Sir George Everest Estate at 2:00 p.m. v Rally come to a Finish at “0” Point Kempty Road. v The Car-Rally proceeds through the Mall for a High Tea and Prize Distribution at the School Auditorium at 4:30 p.m. v A Live Audio/Visual Show of the “Manolumni Car Rally 2013”. v Prize Distribution for the Winners and Navigators of the Car Rally at 4:30 p.m. v Ceremony comes to an end by 5:30 p.m. Inderjit Bedi Secretary Manorite Alumni +919837203085
