If you have one member of the family that has a credit card and spends too much on it and the interest bill and debit balance becomes unsustainable, what do you do? Do you complain that another member of the family takes control and reigns in the spending and has to make cut backs to repay the credit card debt? Well you might complain, but you also ultimately realize it needs to be done, because if the over spender has control for too long, they could send the family bankrupt. Cause and effect, the national debt has to be reduced and it has to come from somewhere. If it is not taken into control now, it will be much much much worse in the future......
