Anyone can dig ballots out of trashcan and vote them without getting caught. * They are not using secrecy sleeves (although required by law) to prevent election workers from seeing how voters vote. * They are planning to allow counting to begin 2 weeks before election night, allowing insiders to know how the count is going. This election needs to be a clean and fair election that allows eligible voters (and only eligible voters) to freely vote their conscience on this important issue.
