PSYCHOCALISTENICS Wow, just saw that this was just published on YouTube on Feb 10th, 2014 where it was deemed cheesy and old but a great short/low stress workout for first thing every morning. I first read about Psychocalistenics in a book by Linsay Wagner. Lindsay said I do a twenty-to -thirty minute series of formal movements that emphasize breathing and stretching. The routine is called psychocalisthenics and was developed by Oscar Ichazo, the founder of Arica.... This activity is sometimes called yoga in motion. It looks something like dance or Tai Chi. it works every muscle in you body, provides aerobic benefits, and , in general, in the most self-rounded program that I know of.
