PUBLIC STATEMENT In my quest for efficient and proper utilization of public funds, I have consistently received ridicule, threats and name calling in a spirited effort to curtail me to achieve value for money in so far us public expenditure is concerned. Theres an elaborate scheme to blackmail me into silence by elements of system quo who are beneficiaries of patronage and lapse in existing systems. Following overwhelming public support by persons who believe in my push for servant leadership on FRIENDS OF MUMIAS group post done by one salim Yabunga, Merchants of Vernice have arose to want to discredit my integrity in one of the elaborate schemes to pull me down but I refuse to burge. Interestingly the very person spearheading that smear campaign agenda has a wide range of issues to content with. I want one MUSA DAUDI a confidant of HON. JOHNSON MANYA NAICCA as he champions his clandestine agenda against me to set to the public straight as to the following: 1. Can he confirm whether or not he is a licensed land surveyor?; 2. Can he confirm or deny that at one point he operated an office in mumias as a land surveyor?; 3. Can he confirm whether or not the said office is operating as of now?; 4. Can he kindly share with us the events that led to the closure of the same office?; 5. Can he confirm or deny that he is as of now faced with numerous land related maters by the public one of it concerning a son to the late Mzee Ekaya?; 6. Can he confirm or deny that as of now he is one of the Mumias West CDf staff enjoying a salary from public coffers courtesy of his proximity to the MP? please share with us the exact portfolio you hold in CDF that makes you earn the salary from public coffers; 7. Can he confirm or deny that despite number six{6)above, he was given work by Mumias West MP at ICHINGA MUSLIM PRIMARY SCHOOL through a proxy company. Work of which he is carrying on rather in a shoddy manner and members of the public including Hon. Rocky Rashid Omwendo MCA Mumias North ward have raised salient issues concerning poor workmanship but since he is a confidant of the MP and perhaps keeping with the motto stated on the MPs Facebook page to reward his cronies as the rest ROT in HIS DUSTBIN. No residual measures have been taken by the CDF Committee. Furtherance doesnt this constitute conflict of interest given that he is a CDF staff carrying out a CDF funded project? 8. Can he confirm or deny that members of his own community of Matawa rejected his appointment by area MCA as a ward bursary committee member in one of the public forums attended by the MCA? If so why was he rejected by his own brothers and sisters at St. Romanos catholic church ground in Matawa location? I want to state emphatically that I will not be cowed to keep silent on frugality as to expenditure of public funds and that I am ready to bear any cost that therein for corruption fights back and vigorously as such. I remain faithful to the tenets of the constitution as to public finance and subsequent legislation in regard to Public Finance Management Act(PFMA). I echo sentiments by our Deputy President His Excellency William Arap Samoei Ruto that everyone entrusted with public resources must be accountable and that the era of BWANA KUBWA is long gone.
