PUFF PUFF PASS @ Gauteng Provincial Legislature: INTERNSHIP The Gauteng Provincial Legislature is offering internship opportunities to allow South African graduates and undergraduates, to gain workplace experience in the field of work that they have studied. The available positions per field of study are shown in brackets. Closing date for applications is the 16 July 2013 · Public Administration, Public Management, Development Studies, Political Science (1) · Legal Research, LLB, LLM, BJuris/Proc (3) · Purchasing and Logistics, Supply Chain Management (2) · Protocol and Office Administration (2) · Research (3) The 6 month internship will commence on 1 August 2013 to 31 January 2014. Interns will receive a stipend of R4 000 per month and are encouraged to apply before close of business on 16 July 2013. Requirements: Applicants must be graduates in any of the field listed above or undergraduate students for whom an internship is a prerequisite to obtain their forma qualification. Applicants must submit a motivation stating the field to which the intern is applying from the above list, a CV, certified copies of certificates, transcripts and a letter from the institution for the undergraduates (where applicable), Identity document must also be attached. Failure to submit required documents will result in the application not being considered. Candidates may not have been previously employed under any internship programme or position for longer than two months. Applications: Motivations must be submitted and should be accompanied by certified copies of qualifications, ID as well as a comprehensive CV in order to be considered. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). Correspondence will be limited to successful candidates only.
