PYR8FREETV ANCHORAGE, Alaska – An African American named Charlo Green a on air host reporter at KTVA-TV in Alaska quit her job on-air after revealing that she was the owner of a medical marijuana business. Charlo Greene announced she was the owner of Alaska Cannabis Club on live television as she covered a story involving them. That’s not all. Right after Greene dropped that bombshell on the Sunday 10 p.m. live newscast, she dropped another one. “F— it. I quit,” she said on live television. With that, she simply walked off camera. The anchor, who was caught off guard, apologized. Within minutes, Greene’s author page on KTVA was wiped clean. A little before midnight, KTVA tweeted an apology: “Viewers, we sincerely apologize for the inappropriate language used by a KTVA reporter on the air tonight. The employee has been terminated.” Alaska is set to vote on legalizing recreational marijuana use later this year. youtu.be/xDnNjX3vZSM
