Panda was truly a loving dog... which no one gave much attention to..of course he would be bonded to me...I dealt with the bad ups and downs of a dog who did not know how to accept humans let alone love them..until him and I got connected..but it was not enough his support system was not there for him..just me ..and my chi weenie..but of course I was only his foster..someone who believed in him..and worked with him for many many many months....but it was just not enough..Fosters go through so much and there are not a lot of rescues that go the Longest Yard for their fosters..mainly they want the Kudos for the dogs who get adopted asap..but awareness has changed the way people and fosters look at these so called rescues ..You know what they say about being aware of a Wolf in Sheeps clothing...nothing is what it seems...So for the time I had Panda...he lived..learned and loved..and knew what a home was about ....good food..fun times playing with his chiweenie sister..and many adventure trips..and what a bunch of kisses were about...how to co-habitate with a new little sister and how to share his toys..and treats... He was never ever deprived...of ANYTHING...he had the best...and was never in a position where he felt alone..I did it all I paid for it all and would do it all again....for all the FOSTERS out there..KUDOS to you all..some who get with really good rescues and others who have to fend for themselves it is truly sad how these rescues are so full of themselves and want all the credit....I give not one credit to a lot of these phony rescues..but for me ...its all worth it when in the end the pet gets a really loving home..Not all pets are able to be rehabilitated but many are..and thanks to all you FOSTERS who went the LONGEST YARD...our journey is far from over..but we will continue to do what we know in our hearts that is best...Never give up...AND be VERY aware of who you use as a rescue to pull your foster..it is VERY IMPORTANT..
