Parents, hope youve had a great weekend. Heres the meal plan for this week. All the foods are freshly cooked on the day the meal is going to be served. I use fresh food products and ingredients. Children will be encouraged to eat whats on the menu. Monday: N/A Tuesday: Breakfast: Pancake & sausages Mid Morning Snacks: Fruit yogurt Lunch: Roast chicken, brown rice and vegetables Mid Afternoon Snacks: Mix fruits (Apple, Banana, Kiwis, Pineapples, Grapes or Oranges) Wednesday: Breakfast: Homemade Oats and apple bread Mid Morning Snacks: Mix fruits (Banana, Apple, Kiwis, Pineapples or Oranges) Lunch: Stir fried noodles with vegetables and shrimps Mid Afternoon Snacks: Shredded cheese Thursday: Breakfast: French toast Mid Morning Snacks: Apple sauce Lunch: Potato wedges, vegetables & meatballs Mid Afternoon Snacks: Mix fruits (Pineapple, Kiwis or Oranges) Friday: Breakfast: Banana bread Mid Morning Snacks: Mix fruits (Pineapple, Kiwis, Oranges, Grapes) Lunch: Tuna panini and side salads Mid Afternoon Snacks: tapioca pudding. Drinks: Milk and water will be served with all lunch. Fruit & vegetable juice are provided upon request. Just a reminder, should your child have special dietary needs, I can adapt the menu to accomodate those needs. However, I may ask you to provide special foods in order to do so.
