Part of my exhibit at the LIVING EDGE GALLERY in Nags Head, North Carolina, opened in 2009 by my friend and fellow artist Jim Bickford and I. Sadly, the gallery was one of the early victims of the recesion. Except for the one on the lower left, which stayed in the family, all paintings shown here sold. I love doing the small - and larger - dune watercolors, I will do more for a couple of Outer Banks galleries this season. Painting on upper left was done from one of my favorite models, Mary Beth Kowalski of Pittsburgh and New York. One on lower right in the collection of my dear friend Toni Krause, Atlanta, Georgia
