Part of the reason I video these moves is to see and be able to correct my own form since I dont have mirrors or anyone in my house to correct me. Today my body hurt and my muscles were tight. I could see it in my form, so please forgive me! The other reason for recording is to share with you of course You squat down and power up. At the same time you use your core to lift your knees up and propel yourself sideways over the ladder. Bring your knees up and LAND SOFTLY on your toes, keeping your knees behind your toes as you squat down. Anyone trying? If so, BE SAFE!
