Part three of my refrigerator story...... The tech calls me and says he called back to the shop to make sure they have the right parts so he can fix the refrigerator. Well low and behold they discover they put the wrong board on today! My question was to him, how can you be a technician look at the board and not see that you have the wrong board? How can you be a service person coming to fix somebodys refrigerator without knowing that its fixed before you leave? How can someone that is supposed to be experienced not know that the compressor is not running? They can fix it but it will take a couple days to get the new board!! Whos ready for refrigerating tossing party?
