Partial rope hammer curls to develop the bicep long-head. The bicep long-head is the outer head of the bicep and the bicep short-head is the inner part. The bicep-short head is the mass of the bicep and the bicep-long head is what creates the bicep peak as it raises up and site above the bicep-short head when arms are flexed.
