“Participants who kept gratitude lists were more likely to have - TopicsExpress

“Participants who kept gratitude lists were more likely to have made progress toward important personal goals (academic, interpersonal and health-based) over a two-month period compared to subjects in the other experimental conditions.” I started doing this while reading 1000 gifts... If you are struggling with meeting a goal, try keeping a running list of the things you are grateful for...write a few each day... Papa tells us to dwell on those things that are true, and good, and pure... And this is a great way to train yourself... Love you guys!
