Patricia Tavernier arrested for tipping mother Karen Judge from wheelchair after angry birthday dinner A US WOMAN has been arrested after allegedly pushing her wheelchair-bound mother off the curb after a family dinner, citing “52 years of s**t”. Patricia Tavernier had just celebrated her 52nd birthday with family members at a Florida restaurant, before tipping her mother “head first into the cement”, police said. Ms Tavernier was intoxicated, according to an arrest report obtained by the Smoking Gun. Police say on arriving at the restaurant, they saw “an empty wheelchair and an elderly person later identified as Karen Judge lying in the street in front of the chair in the fetal position.” Ms Judge, 73, had been staying with her daughter while she healing from a broken hip. Ms Tavernier’s sister, Theresa Booth, told police she heard Patricia say “For 52 years of s**t”, preceding the incident, which attracted charges of aggravated battery on a person over 65. Ms Taverner was also charged with misdemeanour battery for striking her sister in the face with a camera.
