Patrick came home with a form for a school trip to Caernarfon Castle Voluntary Donation of £6.50 Seeing as I only had £5 in my purse I sent him in to school with it yesterday. The form teacher handed it back saying that she couldnt accept it as it was £6.50! I have written to the school to ask for clarification! Either it is Voluntary or Compulsory! Make your minds up! Had this issue before years ago for Junior school but they did in fact accept the lesser voluntary amount! Rant over!
