Paul Hubbard via Janine Rickard I urge everyone to take the time to listen to Rosalind Peterson, a reasonable, articulate researcher, who worked for years for the USDA as a crop loss adjuster, and who has made it her business to present the evidence (from publicly available records) for on-going weather modification programs that clearly account for at least some of what so many people have inquired about and called, colloquially: CHEMTRAILS.
