Paul here progress report on the back porch project 310 sgft of tile in and grouted. went to wash tile that when I found two leeks in back porch water line; frost damage. The Isolation valve also started leeking. shut down water line to house repacked isolation valve. fix water leeks pressureized line found that frost cause leeks at all joints in line except for one connection. made repairs pressured tested with air and checked out line. Rehung water line on back porch beam today. It was 105 by then and my lower back was complaining Think God was telling me to stop, so I took the rest of the day off and fix dinner.
