Pay attention at this. Many people sound rude and offensive or really boring and hurt the feelings of everybody around them simply because they are unaware of these simple rules of good conversation. Hurting people constantly with unpleasant ways of talking makes people shut their ears and stop listening to what you are saying. Nobody can endure annoyance for too long.
