Peace Boat participants mark 60th anniversary of the Bravo Nuclear Test, conducted in the Bikini Atoll on March 1, 1954. #bravo60, #nuclear_remembrance Between 1946 and 1958, 67 similar nuclear bomb tests were conducted in the Marshall Islands, and many Marshallese people continue to experience severe health issues as well as cultural upheaval due to the dislocation from and environmental degradation of many of their home islands.
