Peace is an inside job. Nothing outside of you matters, when you find your peace inside. As a kid I was locked up for many hours in isolation, I was tied up in ropes to cry myself to sleep as punishment (and many other horrible things that need no mention) and yet I did not know then what I know now...you have peace, just breathe, its inside you, right now, isnt it, so just listen to that peace and truth inside. Love it! And Love every cell in your body. Because you are that precious! Then go out to the world and smile every day for the rest of your life!
