Peace is not complete if there is absence of war but such element as poverty, oppression of the poor by the rich, police brutality,intimidation of a common man by those in power,kidnappers, armed robbery,insecurity monopolization of resources by some sections of the society still exist in a country. in this country what we have is negative peace yet we seem to be satisfied.we claim to be one of the richest in africa when some of our higher institutions are like grave yards with bushes,mosquitoes and sn*kes seen everywhere, no good classrooms,reading rooms or even chairs.only God will deliver our leaders
