Peach cobbler! INGREDIENTS: 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup white sugar 1 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 3 cups of fresh sliced peaches in simple syrup (1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar, bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute, remove from heat) OR 2 16 oz cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup DIRECTIONS: Melt butter in pan. Mix together flour, sugar, and milk. Pour mixture into the pan. Spread peaches, including syrup, evenly around the pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, until the crust turns golden brown.
