Peeps na interested game na :):):) URGENT HIRING!!! - SERVICE DESK ANALYST The Help Desk Technician’s role is to provide for end-user support to ensure proper system operation. This includes prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests by diagnosing and repairing system to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (by telephone, chat and e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion. Responsibilities • Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone, chat and e-mail. • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including nature of problem or issue. • Build rapport and elicit problem details from help desk customers. • Escalate incidents/problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician. • Document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution. • Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting. • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources in the internal and external KB to aid in problem resolution. • Coordinates with clients technology teams to report, update, escalate incidents to resolution.
