The rain and warm temperatures have prompted a flush of growth to woodland perennials at Pender Nursery. If you are looking to create a woodland garden of your own, look for Pender grown variegated hostas such as ‘Patriot,’ budded Astilbe ‘Visions,’ and Heuchera ‘Palace Purple’ at a garden center near you.
