People are protesting non-violently by blocking traffic. This is not just because two grand juries failed to indict police officers for committing homicide on unarmed black men. These cases were merely the straw that broke the camels back. The anger and frustration on display are as much about a system that feels rigged and an apathetic, broken society, as it is about Mike Brown and Eric Garner. Interestingly enough, you never see people get so indignant over white people looting and rioting over sports events. Why is that?
