People have been asking me if I had to do lots and lots of exercise in order to lose the weight that I have lost. They say that I must have done as I couldnt look like this without doing anything. Well let me let you into a secret....The only exercise I did was 20 sit-ups with a yoga ball and 20 squats - then built it up to 100 sit-ups and 50 squats. I needed to know that with this programme, whatever I did, I could continue to do it for the longterm. The brilliant thing with this programme is, that vigorous exercise is not essential for your weight loss. I have done the going to the gym at ridiculous oclock in the morning and being absolutely knackered, then stopping and then all the weight coming back on. The difference with this programme is that rather than being continually tired and hating the thought of exercise, you will actually feel so good and have lots of energy (because your body is getting everything that it needs in order to function), that you will want to do exercise. Also, because your body is so nourished with the clean, non processed and nutritious food that you are eating, there will be no saggy skin as its shrinks with your body. Now, I exercise because I want to not because I have to! #weightloss #healthyforlife
