People in this society is so quick to judge someone because they are in such a hurry to get you into a little box in their mind so they know how to think about you. But why, why do people want to know when they already have those boxes preformulated without caring about my responses. Im a human not a thing. My actions, values, beliefs, and thoughts are individualistic with no intentions to be categorized or pigeonholed to little tiny boxes that you have prepared for me from your limited, biased, and one-sided knowledge from school and social media. A lot of time, I found it difficult to embrace and appreciate my heritage because of how this society portray it. It shouldnt be a case you know. My heritage itself is nothing to be ashamed of. Rather, it should be a part of my identity that I am proud of.
