People keep asking Josh Binstock Sam Schachter and myself about Bulletproof coffee...heres a video that Joe Rogan is part of that explains it...trust me when I say this I am lean ever since I have changed my nutrition and I actually stopped working out (wanted to see if it works)...if youre not a morning person and still eat breakfast loaded with carbs and such and you feel drained midway through the morning check this out and lift the brain fog...I may even invite you over for a coffee...I do own a panasonic massage chair that sweetens that deal....
