People move because of jobs, education and relationships. Nobody moves because the legislature makes them sad--and few things are more tiresome than pretending to do so. Seriously bro: Youve moving out of Michigan, where youve lived for ALMOST two years now, because you disagree with your congressmans position on NSA surveillance? Are you aware that is a national issue and not actually part of the local political climate? And potholes? Yeah, they are terrible, but youre going to uproot and move to a different state because of them? You must really hate calling AAA because deciding you need to move over a flat tire is a pretty drastic cost/benefit conclusion to come to. I agree, rape insurance and the attorney general are a problem. But dont try and do this nonsense bi-partisan everyone is to blame bullshit by saying Kwame Kilpatrick (D-Detroit) makes you sad too. Kwame was out of office for FOUR years before you showed up in Michigan in 2012. Weve had two mayors since then, which you might have known if you lived in Detroit. But you dont. Why on earth the mayor of a different city in a previous decade would make you feel sad about living in Michigan escapes me.
