People, my people!!! Please read the words of an educated Black man regarding his views on domestic violence. Why are women so willing to blame the woman and black men so willing to sell your souls for fantasy football??? With all the wealth of knowledge about the cycle of violence why do we still act surprised when a battered woman stays with an abusive man? The evidence is in her twitter message begging for us to leave them alone in peace. She didnt air him out, just like Rihanna didnt. Rather, they defend the characters of these monsters (in the words of my husband, Johann) as they blame them. Only a woman who does not know her value would sell her soul to a man who has knocked her out cold (literally). Secondly, as evidenced in her acceptance of her blame in the situation, evidences her loyalty to her Black man as so many Black women have been in the past, but yet Black men are the first to throw us under the bus, disrespect us, and blame us while I watch so many Black women accept their responsibility as single mothers, without child support, being objectified in the media, and being last to be chosen for anything. BLACK MEN, STOP ALWAYS CARRYING THE STORY OF BEING THE VICTIM AND RECOGNIZE HOW YOU ARE ALSO PERPETRATORS!!!!
