People need to be RESPONSIBLE and get their pets fixed and quit breeding and then we would need very few shelters and they would all be very low kill! There is no one to blame except ourselves. You dont have to look far to fined a inexpensive way, often free way to get them fixed . . . you just have to look and get it done before they are old enough to reproduce. Cats and many dogs can get pregnant at 5 months, so folks who condemn early age spay neuter are simply condemning more animals to premature deaths in these already overcrowded shelters . . . think about it and do the responsible thing!!! That is all it comes down to is IRRESPONSIBILITY period!
