People of Facebook - I need some advice re staying on top form health wise over an upcoming busy, rushing around period that involves long working hours, outside work projects and a hefty commute - theatre friends Im particularly looking at you! Im already drinking 2 litres of water per day, taking one a day vitamins, and the occasional berrocca and I have a good diet. Its not uncommon for me to get cold sores or get very run down when really busy with a combo of work and outside work projects so I want top tips on how to avoid! Thank you :)
