People talkin trash but they aint sayin nothin… Its evident that the vast majority (if not all) of the trash-talk thats ever circulated around about me derives from a small group of individuals who were frustrated with my refusal to take any crap from them (or shoot with them). Ill admit; in the past, Ive had some rather harsh reactions when presented with some of the insanity that I’ve had to endure from only a handful (or two) of individuals. What blows me away is the ignorance of the people who’ve formed opinions about me based on the one-sided stories from individuals that lack any and all credibility. This used to frustrate me beyond belief, but these days I realize that I want nothing to do with people so easily influenced and so quick to pass judgment without even an ounce insight. I’m no longer looking to explain myself to these people and have them see my side of the story – what for? These people lack the willingness to accept more than the skewed, one-sided complaints from someone who’s clearly bent out of shape over their own inability to act in a professional manner (perhaps combined with my unprofessional reaction). All this ‘modeling and photography’ in Vancouver is such a superficial, artificial, fake, phony, plastic little clique full of superficial, artificial, fake, phony plastic little people. (I dare not refer to it as an ‘industry’, because it hardly deserves that title – at least not on my level of involvement or in my experience.) I’m more than happy to carry on my separate way without the people who act like this towards me and they seemingly want nothing to do with me. So when these people have been revealed as two-faced trash-talkers, why do they get all bent out of shape when I cut them off from my network? They seem to think that they are entitled to smile in my face and talk behind my back – amazing.
