People treat food like religion, eat what you want to eat, but if youre out to optimize strength, performance, hormones, and general health, you need animal protein, cholesterol, b12, and perhaps Co-enzyme Q10, all of which are naturally present in only animal stuff (or fermented foods in the case of b12 but ancestors didnt know that) If you want to optimize dont do the popular thing cause doctor oz said it was healthy, do your homework and critically think about what will optimize your hormones like testosterone and HGH production.
