People with Ebola are allowed into Atlanta and now Americans with any upper respiratory symptoms can be detained in quarantine indefinitely. In 2012, the SC legislature passed a bill that police had jurisdictional discretion if a state of emergency was declared in Georgia and North Carolina and all counties in SC have ramped up FEMA measures. I recall something about a plan to detain Americans indefinitely, so I guess this is it. This is too convenient...Im no conspiracy theorist, but I am totally freaked out. 1. This subsection does not apply to influenza.
