Perfect example of why the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act is worthless by todays standards. Yet it is used to lockup our fellow Americans and cost is more tax money. This is an absurdity beyond belief and why Aaron Schwartz killed himself when he was facing multiple felony counts under the same law and definition. All he did was make University learning material that was already free much more easily accessible. THIS IS SAD PEOPLE!!!!
