Perhaps this "out of touch" Supreme Court has given us two classes ... Human People (HP) and Corporate People (CP) . To quote Mitt, a leading intellectual of our time ......" Corporations are people..." it seems that HP (us) are frozen as HP, but CP magically flow back and forth. For Political Speech (money as..) CP seem able to demand HP rights... but for Tax purposes, they retreat to being only CP. Now this makes a BIG difference, for as an HP, I was ( and you will be) taxed on your worldwide income, with no ability to simply hold money off shore..... while CP do exactly that. Why not an elected but permenant status for CP. If they wish to exercise HP speech rights and blast us with their money,, let that simply inclyde HP tax tights... Or, if they demand CP tax status, let that NOT include HP speech rights. Afterall, corporate real people have speech rights, corporate investors (where they are HP) have speech rights. EXACTLY why should CP have yet another bite at the speech apple?
