Personal stuff. I stopped having all contact with my parents and sisters almost 14 years ago. I grew up in a very violent/toxic environment. Things between my brother (13 years younger) and I were never close. Variety of reasons. However, he decided to terminate all contact with me. I am ok with this. This was/is the only way that I could survive. I have accepted it. However, my Aunt keeps me up to date with their situation/status. My mother, 76 now, is in an advanced state of Alzheimers disease. I dont wish any of them ill, or bad. I just hope that fear isnt part of this disease. Its sad. I have no plans to ever see, speak, or hear from them again. I just will not, nor can I do that. I just feel worse than I thought I would about her condition. I guess Im just getting this out of my system. I spoke with my wife about it, but its still bothering me. Im not looking for advice or help, just, venting(?) it out.
