Some self-assessment questions to arouse yourself towards your Personality Development and Career Advancement are as following...............; 1. Have you got an ambition? 2. Have you got vision, confidence, determination and will power to achieve it? 3. What is you outlook towards your domestic , family and social events ? 4. Have you any thought and vision for your future? 5. Are you confident about yourself? 6. Do you try to meditate, think, recollect and memorize of what you have studied or read during your spare /free time ? 7. Are you cost conscious and aware about the money sent by your parent/ guardian on your food, lodging, clothing, education and hobbies and their source of earning ? 8. Are you duty conscious without expecting any return in your day to day life ? 9. Do you communicate with your friends/ elders/well wishers about your problems, doubts and how much specific , clear , frank are you in discussing with them ? 10. Do you like to work yourself or look for somebody to tell you to do ? 11. What is your observation power and does it look for minute details ? 12. Are you in the habit of finding faults ? 13. Do you look after your health? 14. Do you pray or offer prayers to God ? 15. Are you social ? 16. Do you discuss issues / problems / affairs with your parents or friends ? 17. Do you have any hobbies? 18. How do you use your spare time ? 19. Do you try to increase your vocabulary of words and improve forming of sentences in your mother tongue and English language ? 20. What are your life expectations ? 21.
