Peter Ganczarski I found that article I mentioned previously, its long but very illuminating and makes a compelling argument that there are too many small towns in the county and laws need to be overhauled. Given these laws, its hard to believe this has not boiled over before. But given how much revenue, these small towns rake in, not sure how likely reform is possible unless Missouris state assembly acts & when it comes to revenue, most legislative bodies are more concerned over raising revenue than making changes. Still one can hope, but as long as protestors continue with violence vs civil protests that the late Reverend Martin Luther King used for civil rights back in the 60s, this kind of incident is likely to happen again.
